Since our inception in 2014, Burrito Brigade has been preparing and distributing nutritious, vegan burritos on Saturdays and Sundays, the most food insecure days of the week. Though we’ve since expanded, distributing fresh meals to those who need them most is still the heart of our operation.
In Eugene/Springfield we make around 800 Burritos every weekend.
